Preparation,installation,repair FMC and non Fmc wellhead equipment

I have 7 years’ experience as a Service Engineer FMC Technologies in Schoonebeek
Netherlands. Over the last 7 years I have attended a number of intensive Training courses FMC Technologies and gained a lot of Field Service experience in Surface Wellhead Engineering and Sub sea. I have worked at different sites in Holland, Poland, Scotland, Germany, Austria, North Sea. I specialize with operation installation ,and maintenance of FMC and Cameron equipment(Casing hangers mandrel/slip& seal type ,tubing hangers with metal seals,
with LDS or internal Latch Mechanism c/w multiple control lines, Wellhead
Spools and compact housings(UHStyle), Tension type tubing Hangers with metal
sealassemblies for controllines, Running and landing single completions, operating Cameron and FMC Lubricators,Installing Xtrees
in various sizes and classes UH1,UH2,UH4,Daily exposed to maintenance and repairs of Gatevalves, Hydraulically and Air Actuators CIW and FMC system, Installing Frag equipment. I have a lot off experience with WIT test/Well integration test/different type of X-trees, inflow tests, Wellhead/X-trees
,Valves maintenance procedure A and B. Works also insuring no rig lost time for our costumers while controlling expenses and maintaining assets of FMC.I most assures all equipment ,service tooling and spare parts are on location and ready to use and function fit prior to beginning each job.Record critical dimensions to ensure assembly will work and obtains or creates product running procedures.I need after each job completes Field NonConformance Report(FNCR) forms
as product problems are encounted .Assures all equipment and procedural defects are communicated back to FMC Service Management and also I have to prepares and submits Field Service Orders /Almost it was accepted as excellent job/and other region required reports after each job is complete.Completes a Tally book or other form to communicate procedures, spare parts, critical dimensions and customer questions and complaints. All my jobs are complete with follows FMC and customers safety requirements. Proactively pursues safe practices and at each safety meetings I have to recommended safe work procedures and participates in safety manner.Very often I have to trained less experienced FMC technicians.
