I’m a specialist in flange management, bolting/torquing operations.
I’m a specialist in cleaning and testing operations, process & pipeline services operations and engineering as Snr. field operator IV.
I have experience in P&ID & markup, isometric diagram, line working, line tracing, Prep- working, isolation & de-isolation of systems LOTO. Nitrogen services, purging / oxygen displacement, nitrogen preservation, membrane unit operations, blanketing and leak testing and dectation. I have experience HP & AHP Hydro Jetting (blasting) operations. I have experience in chemical cleaning, confine-space pressure vessel cleaning and tankage cleaning operations. I have experience in air blow, target air blow, rupture disc air blow, steam blow operations using target plate etc.
I have experience in pigging and hydrostatic testing and (calculations). Pipeline dewatering and drying, pipeline vacuum drying or pulling all this includes both rig-up and rig-down operations. I can operate chemical injection pumps, flooding pumps, triplex and duplex pumps. I can operate all air compressors and all air dryers. I have experience in procedure writing & review for operations.
I’m qualified for this job because I can deliver and supervise all this operations. I am very much available for this job at any time I am called for this job.
