Developing category strategies; establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, ensure successful implementation and support of these strategies. Reduce the number of suppliers used for appropriate categories.

Develop, Lead & Manage the Procurement for Brought out parts (BOP’s) for Drilling Rigs Projects for indented materials and Raw Materials (if any), operate from the Head Office of Prime Group based in Gurgaon.
Supplier selection and negotiations including terms and conditions, incoterms, payment terms, pricing, credit period with the suppliers.
Manage RFI, RFQs, and RFPs of potentials vendors as well as initiate technical & commercial negotiations with vendors.
Procurement of materials from local & overseas vendors.
Knowledge of Import/Export procedure.
Good understanding of the BG, LC terms, and International Inco terms.
Development of new vendors for reduction of cost on continuous basis.
To gain a good understanding of the purchasing undertaken across the Group and so identify alternate source and deliver procurement savings.
