Mechanical maintenance manager

1.Under the general supervision of the Utilities Manager, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Utilities Department ( Water , Air and gas divisions) and manages staff of the Engineering.
2.Provides high-level administrative support.
3.Assists in the overall planning, organization and management of all aspects of utility operations, including general administration,procurement, planning, and policy development.
4. Works with field superintendents to ensure coordinated work assignments and project planning related to the operation, maintenance and construction of Dust extraction systems, pneumatic conveying systems.

1.A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering .
2.Considerable management experience.
3.Considerable knowledge of the safety practices and general methods, materials and equipment used in utility design, construction, repair and maintenance

1.J1 certification of TQM
2.Auto Cad

1.Ability to critically assess situations, solve problems, work effectively under stress, within deadlines, and in emergency situations.
2. Skill in assembling and analyzing data, preparing comprehensive and accurate reports and formulating policy and service recommendations.
3.Skill in the use of office equipment and technology, including computers and related software, and the ability to master new technologies.
