Develop process optimization plans and recommendations. Identify issues, troubleshooting and implement solutions. Lead pre-start-up reviews and process safety reviews as necessary to ensure safe operation of all facilities. Monitoring modifications and upgrades and troubleshooting existing process designs. Applying the principles of mass, momentum and heat transfer to process and equipment design including conceptual, scheme and detail design. Preparing reports, PFDs and P&IDs.Performing process hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) and assessing the safety and environmental impact of the plant. Work closely with process, mechanical and electrical engineers to develop P&IDs.Develop P&IDs with a senior level of understanding of process, piping and instrumentation using the ASME, API CODES AND OTHER design standards. Able to back-check P&IDs and all engineering deliverables including control valves, PSVs, vessels, heat exchangers and etc. Manage engineering projects within client budgeted cost and schedule constraints. Work with clients’ facility personnel to troubleshooting facility equipment, provide recommendations and implement changes to future designs in a fast-paced environment. Ensure all regulatory, environmental and safety compliance issues are meet. Able to work direct with clients’ .Able to lead a team of engineers from project conception to completion Create Excel-based equipment datasheets with accuracy
