Process Design Engineer

To secure the position of Process Engineer who is capable of contributing to the process designing for the engineering activities, along with learning new technical skills & applying those skills to for the nurture of organization.

My project experience includes Oil & Gas, Refineries and Liquefied Natural Gas Processing Projects (EPC, FEED, Basic Engineering & Feasibility Study).
Key project activities includes,

OIL & GAS

• P&ID: PID development, Implementation of IDC / Client comments, Consistency Check of P&IDs
• PREPARATION OF: Line List, Equipment list, Process/Utilities Safety Flow Scheme
• CALCULATIONS: Line sizing & PSV upstream and downstream line calculations.
• INSTRUMENT PROCESS DATASHEETS Updation for Pressure, Temperature Flow and Level Instruments.

REFINERIES

• P&ID: Drawing preparation as per project philosophy, PID development, Mechanization of PID, Implementation of IDC / Client comments, Harmonization of PID, HAZOP points Implementation.
• REVIEW OF: Licensor Datasheet, Mechanical Drawings/Datasheets, and Vendor Drawings/Datasheets for all Equipments and Packages.
• CALCULATIONS: Line hydraulic calculations, Mixed phase line sizing, Slug Flow Calculations, Vessel Sizing, Pump Sizing, Control Valve Calculations, PSV Relief Load Calculations
• PREPARATION OF: Battery limit Summary, DP-DT diagram, Hazardous Fluid Substance Datasheet, Package Specification, Control narrative, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Utility Consumption Summary, Flare & Blow down Summary, Line list and Equipment List
• INSTRUMENT PROCESS DATASHEETS: Preparation & updation of Control Valves, On-Off Valves, MOV, PSV, Analyzers, and Instruments for Pressure, Temperature Flow and Level.

LIQUIFIED NATURAL GAS (LNG) REGASIFICATION

• CALCULATIONS: Boil Off Gas (BOG) Calculations, Development of SIMULATION for LNG flow scheme, Hydraulic Calculations, Flare Load Calculations
• REVIEW OF: Study Reports for Re-condenser, Vaporizer, Send-out pipeline, Calculations reports of BOG, Flare and Hydraulics
• STUDY OF: Power supply systems and BOG recovery systems in FSRU
