OIL AND GAS FIELD EXPERIENCES
• Implementation of Project Quality Management System.
• Development and Implementation of ITP and QCP for the project activities as per specifications.
• Inspection and Testing of the Construction & Installation related to Civil, Manage the Client and Customer inspections on daily basis.
•
• Reviewing the Method Statements, Material Approval Requests as per standards and specifications.
• Reviewing the records for particular tests conducted by Testing Laboratory and coordinating for the same with QC Inspectors and Client.
• Coordination with QA/QC Engineers for site activities (Inspections, Testing etc.) and completion of inspection records.
• Implement the quality systems at site. Carry out QC Monitoring, Coordinate Client audits, Customer audits and Certification audits.
• Issuing internal NCR's, Observation reports (if necessary) and also coordinates to close the same (if issued by Client).
• Control of Non-conformity, corrective and preventive action. Provide training as required.
• Coordinating with Third party inspection agency for the inspection and approval.
• Complete the handover documents and release to Client.
• Coordinate with Client / Customer on quality issues.
• Attending Project Quality Meeting and Progress Meetings with Client.
• Monitoring Compilation of Final Handing over of Quality documents.
• Organize Training to Site Construction Personnel on Project requirements.
