Manage day to day QC functions in all the areas of operation through a team of Lead Supervisor Quality Control, Senior QC Engineers, QC Engineers, welding inspectors and QC Inspectors
To ensure project QC programs meet contract and Company’s ISO requirements.
To ensure projects are staffed with adequate numbers and types of QC personnel.
To ensure the resolution of QC issues at project or country level.
To provide effective leadership for Lead Supervisor of Quality Control.
To gain and maintain the confidence of the Company project client management in matters related to Company quality and customer satisfaction.
To review tender documents and give input regarding QC activities/requirements.
To keep the VP Services and QA Manager regularly updated regarding the quality issues
