Site inspection for civil works; which includes structural works from site planning till reinforced concrete skeleton and finishing works such as isolating, plastering, paintings, floorings …. etc., and ensure that the work is as per the Project Specifications and issued for construction drawing/ final approved drawings from authorities.
BOQ and layouts preparation of civil works.
Managing materials and human resources on site.
Coordination with sub-contractors for the smooth flow of work.
Conversant with architectural and structural drawings.
Daily updating of coasting sheets for the project.
Monthly/weekly reconciliation of the materials.
Ensuring that all the works are going without wastage of material.
Budgeting for the all items required for construction for next few weeks.
