An Engineer holding Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering having around 05 years’ experience in electrical maintenance refinery and petrochemical Industry

 Installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical substation of 6.6 K V, 11 KV incomer which includes up to 10 MVA transformer, H.V panel of VCB, L.V panel of ACB, MCCB, MCB, ELCB.
 Installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of power transformer, Distribution transformer, LV & HV motor, Relays, AC drives and DC drives, Direct on line starter, start to delta starter, UPS, Battery.
 Installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of different types of industrial lighting.
 Performs routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance on all above equipment.
 Prepares and records all details of equipment maintenance such as work carried out time involved etc.
 Complies with safety conditions and practice on all equipment’s on which is working and observes the work permit regulations
 Monitoring and supervising the planned preventive maintenance program & corrective maintenance program and request for spare parts.
 Participates in the final check-out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
 Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety security systems.
 Applied electrical theory and related knowledge to test and modify operational electrical machinery, electrical control equipment and circuitry.
 Executed daily operations.
 Assembled and tested experimental motor-control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator winding, solenoids and other electrical equipment according to knowledge of electrical principles.
 Diagnosed cause of electrical and mechanical malfunction and failure of operational equipment, performing preventative and corrective maintenance.
