Professional Experience
I have a total of five years in translation industry. I translated all kinds of texts and I worked as a freelancer and an in-house translator. I also was a trainee at the Middle East News Agency (MENA)
I also have experience in customer service as I worked as a customer service agent at VFS Tasheel; a visa facilitation center where I helped customers to issue their visas. I also worked as a customer service agent and a secretary at COSCO Shipping lines.
Eductation
I graduated from the faculty of Languages and Simultaneous Interpretation, English department. I also had a training course at the American University in Cairo (AUC) in translation. I have an ICDL Certification.
