Main Responsibilities includes:
• Preparation of quality inspection plans.
• To observe and monitor the implementation of inspection and test plan with regards to welding related activities in fabrication shop.
• Inspection of the installation and welding of the carbon steel & alloy steel material as per governingcode, applicable project specs and drawings.
• Conduct WPQR as per ASME section IX and maintain welder qualification record.
• Preparation of WPS as per ASME IX and applicable project specs.
• Awareness of construction Codes (ASME).
• Awareness of Non Destructive Testing according to ASME Sec V.(DPT)
• .Coordination with 3rd party inspection agency for inspection and maintaining there visit and bill record.
• Out sourcing and coordination with NDE , testing facilities and inspection facilities.
• Inspection of incoming material/equipment according to intend.
• Inspection of outgoing material/equipment according to the work order of client and drawings/design.
• Fallow up with material management and store for collection of MTC, inspection documents etc.
• Fallow up works foe health, safety and work requirements.
• Progress report for on-going JOBS at workshop and schedule of execution at works.
• Identifying & issuing of non-conformity as observed during working.
Descon Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd
• Worked as a Trainee Engineer in Descon Engineering Limited at Pakistan Refinery Limited Karachi Project.
Main Responsibilities includes:
• To Prepare the daily and weekly progress Report.
• Working at 2D and isometric Diagrams.
• Working at Heat Exchanger and Furnaces.
• Working at complete Fabrication of pipe line of Flare line.
