Presently looking after Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning of various standard of Piping Engineering in Petroleum / Oil & Gas Industry ( Reliance, Jamnagar ) Sun World Engineering. Project Management, Planning ,Scheduling & Execution, - Cross Functional Coordination, -Operations & Maintenance, - Team Leadership, Troubleshooting, - Safety Issues etc. I have experience in Fabrication of Industrial Chimneys, MS Storage tanks etc as per drawings. Erection of Process Boilers in various specifications,
Erection & Commissioning of Boilers / Chimneys, These items are stringently tested on various quality parameters to ensure high performance at users end. Erection , Commissioning of 2tph Furnace Oil Fired Boiler and on site fabrication of utility HIGH PRESSURE STEAM PIPING & ERECTION OF THE SAME. Quality, Problem solving. Analysis of customer complaints, if any. Day to day Fabrication planning, Man power allocation. Co-ordination with external agencies
Preparation of documents ,Daily progress report. Obtain approval from Government Agencies (IBR office).
Achieve the organizational goals / objectives in terms of production targets, quality, cost consciousness. Ensure men, machine, material, environment safety with benchmark operating practices, optimum use of resources, avoid rejection etc. and also experience in MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE / SHUT DOWN JOBS with required quality / standard and timely completion as per schedule & planning thereof. Mobilize resources for day-to-day mechanical maintenance and project execution activities. Ensure compliance to procedures and implement best practices. Overhauling, Erection & Commissioning of Pipeline/ structures work and achieve targets in terms of quality, cost consciousness.
