Operations

In 2008 January I have reported for duty in the training fire and Rescue Department State of Sabah and the current. Training Director is PKPgB Halim Mustafa and I have been given the responsibility as an officer of the external training. Many things and experiences that I could, especially in terms of giving a public talk to civil servants, private sector and the general public. In terms of management, I also manage competencies and PSJ for members and also provide incomplete examination. In 2009 July I have converted to the fire safety in public awareness because of the restructuring of the Department where 29 there in grade KB training division. Not much I get because my branch public awareness as a speaker, demonstration and exhibition at the State training.

In the same year in December, I have placed at the State Operations, and I have requested to the Ys. Of Directors to run the attachment in BBP Kota Kinabalu. The request was approved by the Ys. The Director and I assigned BBP Kota Kinabalu for 6 months. During the period of the attachment, much that I've learned, especially in terms of management of the fire even though I have not been sent to the management Stations. Pre-plan also provide input to me, water management system especially hydrants also I learned and includes all the operational matters. All attachment hardest thing I encounter is human capital management which treat the vagaries of these members. Me a lot of reference to the YS. The Director of that Tn. Drahman Khirudin. He gave positive guidance to enhance confidence and motivation myself.

June 2010 I have exceeded the attachment in BBP Kota Kinabalu and return to my original placement at the operations in the State branch of the PGO. Here I as an officer of State PGO headed by PgB Abdul Samad Husian. No problems while serving in the State because I had PGO familiar while performing attachment in BBP Kota Kinabalu.

In October 2010, I was elected as an officer development replacing PKPgB Wan Fareezudin Wan Husain. Here I had much to learn and find out because I have no experience as development officer, especially in terms of land management for construction, but for me it was a challenge that I should take positively to perform tasks that have been entrusted with and so far I still worked in the operations division of the State and as a development officer.
