Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Technical Requisitions including Mechanical datasheet.
• Offer review and preparation of technical queries.
• Preparation of Technical bid evaluation and Technical recommendation.
• Review of Vendor Drawings & Design calculations for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers & Storage Tank.
• Working with software like PV Elite 2014 and AutoCAD 2010.
• Familiar with International Standards & Codes like ASME, TEMA and API Standards.
Projects:-
1) Motiva HCU2/DHT Debottleneck - Review of vendor drawings & design calculation for Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers & Air Fin Coolers.
2) Shell - Scotford HCU Debottleneck - Review of vendor drawings & design calculation for Pressure Vessels, Knockout Drums & Columns.
3) Shell - Olefins Flare Gas Recovery - Preparation of RFQ (Request for Quotation) & Technical Bid Evaluation for Pressure Vessels, Columns, Air Coolers & Hairpin Heat Exchanger.
4) Shell Aromatics, Pernis, The Netherlands - Preparation of Technical Requisition, Technical bid evaluation and Review of vendor drawings & design calculations of following equipment’s.

• Pressure Vessels.
• Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers.
• Steam Silencers
5) NWR Sturgeon Refinery, Canada - Preparation of Technical Requisition, Technical bid evaluation and Review of vendor drawings & design calculations of following equipment’s.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• B.E. Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai University at 2013 with 69 %.
• 12th Std. (CBSE Board) at 2009 with 82 %.
• 10th Std. (CBSE Board) at 2007 with 87 %.

Company: Tata Power Limited, Trombay.
Title: Performance estimation of combined cycle power plant.
The objective behind the project is to study the overall plant process and to estimate plant performance. It also aims on exploring the scope of improvement in the overall efficiency by reducing energy wastage by suggesting appropriate design solutions.
