? Exhaustive experience in handling DCS operations, planning and control with compliance, technical operations quality.
? Independently carrying operations like tank commissioning, blending operations, tank farm operations, pipeline transfer, issuing of work permits, tank gauging and sampling.
• Successful commissioning of crude tanks, pumps, Tilted plate interceptors, Auto sampler. Interlock & graphics checking of DCS. Controlling the entire SRR (control room) during commissioning of crude facilities of Paradip Refinery.
• Tank farm operation for finished products and crude which includes gauging, sampling, water draining, pump house activities
• Managing shifts operation of crude tank farms such as Water Draining, Gauging, Sampling, Recirculation of tanks, VLCC receipt at high flow rate of 12000KL/ hr., Feeding to AVU of refinery through vertical can pumps

Strategic planning for handling of hazardous material on receipts, storage and dispatch of low Sulphur Crude Oil and High Sulphur Crude Maintaining all operational equipments as per the OISD standards.
Familiar with Control Room Operators, Instrumentation and Communications systems.
Familiar with DCS and SCADA for monitoring of Tank level by RADAR Using for storage Tanks.
Coordinating and communicating with IOCL Refinery, PHBPL Division and Safety Officer for smooth operations.
Controlling and monitoring the overall shift operations.
Stock accounting and preparation of daily and monthly reports of operational activities.
Issuing Work permits system and receiving work progress, normalization with prime objective of safety.
Finalizing inventory after the dispatch of the Crude Oil to the AVU Unit.
Tank dipping formalities (opening and closing) including sampling, Tank Steaming operations from field, Crude tank preparations like water draining, tank circulations
