Over 22 years of total experience in Process Design Engineering as Lead and Senior positions, especially in Oil and Gas facility design.
Experience include to handle Conceptual, FEED and Detail Engineering projects, basic engineering design data and documents review, to perform hydraulic calculations, line sizing, equipment sizing, Relief valve sizing, pump calculations, hazardous source list preparation for area classification, performance study of plants and equipments, development of PFDs, P&IDs and utility flow diagrams, material and energy balance, process simulation, participation in hazop studies, to provide technical support to process plants, Engineering man-hours preparation, Coordination with project management and other Engineering disciplines, vendor coordination, vendor’s document review and other basic engineering documents based on clients inputs / process licensor’s documents in addition to preparation of equipment and instrument specifications etc
