Position responsibilities
 Ocean import head deputy
• Managing the ocean import team during the ocean import manager absence, Ocean import team contains” 10 executive operation ,10 customs clearance brokers and 15 runners”
• Solving the problems and taking decisions.
• Reporting directly to the MD.
 Key account manager.
• Operation manger and the major contact for number of big clients, responsible for the whole account.
• Making SOP, making offers ,keep in contact with the client on daily basis ,monthly face to face meeting with the client ,solving all uprising problems appears in any shipment in any lanes(air ,sea ,land for import or export)
• Achieving the planned and expected target from the client.
• Searching for new opportunities within the client.
• Responsible for the payments and the financial issues.
• Examples for the clients which taking responsibility as a key account manager,


 Customs clearance operation field.
• Managing the customs clearance team which consists of 10 customs clearance brokers and 15 runners.
