Mechanical Supervisor / Technician

Offering around 17years of experience in construction, Erection, Commissioning, Site Supervision, Preventive, Corrective & Shutdown Mechanical Maintenance of Rotary equipment in onshore.

• Mechanical Maintenance of Rotary equipment’s.
• All pipeline maintenance activities involving block valve and emergency shutdown valve facilities
launcher and receiver facilities, cathodes protection facilities, pipeline pig run operations, inspection
operations and any pipeline purging and testing operations and ensure operation within design
parameters.
• Identifying and uses appropriate tools based on the job and safety requirements.

• Supervise and monitors the scope of work in accordance with the schedule, specifications and
requirements.
• Maintenance the two Farrell Extrusion presses 1650 Tons and 2000 Ton.
• Mechanical Maintenance of Anodizing Plant.
• Mechanical Maintenance of Electrostatic Powder Coating Plant.
• Mechanical Maintenance of Thermal Break & Aluminium Recycling Plant.
• Servicing of hydraulic, pneumatic starter and hydraulic pump.
• Maintenance of safety Relief valve and General valves (Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Ball valve, Check Valve, Butterfly Valve etc.) Repair and change the Gland packing.
• Prepare daily progress report and documents to assist project monitoring, highlights and delay due
to unavailability of manpower, materials, drawings or technical documents.
• Assign pipe fitters and technicians on a specific work to meet construction work load.
• Erection Catalyst Knock Out Drum 3-V-9001 & 3-V-9002.
• Remove the existing Carrier Gas Coalescer & Install new Carrier Gas Coalescer.
• Installation & Alignment ASME Centrifugal Pump.
• Cut the existing line & Install flange along with Gate Valve & Specticle Blind.
• Fabrication of all new piping according to new Piping Isometric drawings 24”,20”16”, 12”,10”,4” & 1”.

• Supervised the complete installation of Beveling Machine.
• Installation of Rotary Loading Arms & Stopper Arms.
• Installation of Charging, Intermediate & Discharging Tables.
• Installation of Hydraulic Unit Mounting as per Isometric drawings

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

1) Approved Permit to work (Qatar Gas)
2) Accept Work Permit (Ar-Razi)
3) H2S / BA Certificate (Qatar Gas)
4) Approved Permit to work (CTJV)
5) Work Permit Authorization (SABIC)

C.T.J.V. TRAINING:
1) Confine Space Entry.
2) Restricted Area work Training.
3) Work at Height.
4) PMC Training. (Pre mechanical commission)


SAFETY TRAINING UNDERGONE:
1) Approved Gas Tester – knowledge in Gas Testing like H2S, O2, LEL.
2) Medical First Aid.
3) Fire Fighting Equipment’s Training.
