Roles and Responsibilities:-
• Preparation of Checksheets (Construction, Pre- commissioning & commissioning checksheets ).
• Preparing of subsystem breakdown.
• Assignment of subsystem to individual tags .
• Assignment of appropriate checksheets .
• Review of I/O, list index, Cable drawing,C&E.
• Review of vendor documentation.
• Review of Vendor PEFS, Control Narratives, FAT/SAT/HAT Documents, Design Specifications.
• Raise & Responding to Vendor TQ’s.
• Coordination with Vendor’s & Interdisciplinary Departments.
• Preparation of PC&C procedures/OTP.
• Attending Class, Client & interdisciplinary Comments.
• Handling the completions activities.
• Review of P&ID/PEFS Diagram.
• Sizing and Selection of Field Instruments.
• Preparation of Data Sheets.
• Preparation of Cable List, Cable schedule, I/O List, Instrument Index
• Preparation of Layouts, Hookups, Level Sketches.
• Preparation of, Functional schematics, Control Narrative.
• Sizing of Cable Trays, JB’s.
• 3D modeling of E&I instruments, Cable Trays & Respective Supports in PDMS.
• Preparation of Instrument and JB’s layout, Cable Tray Layout.
• Preparation of PC&C procedure for Commissioning Activities.
• Coordination with Class, Vendor’s, Client & interdisciplinary Departments.
• Attending Model reviews.

B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTU-Hyderabad (2003-2007).
