Experienced with executing drilling programs in complex formations with Horizontal/Directional/MWD/LWD Operations, ROP optimization, Can-Rig and Tesco Top drives, Drilling Fluids, Well Logging, Drilling and Directional Tools, Stuck Pipe, Fishing, Whip Stocks, Side Tracking, Casing & Cementing, Loss of Circulation, Blowout Preventers and Well Control with High Pressure gas and High Temperature. Experienced with Peloton WellView, Pason and Can-Rig RigWatch.
Designed drilling, workover and completion fluid solutions to address project needs for over 10 plus years as well as analyzed problems and directed actions to be taken.
Assured compliance with state and governmental requirements and company policies.
Managed geotechnical drilling operations with 6 drilling rigs. Carried out over a thousand subsurface exploration and environmental remediation projects. Experience with EPA, DOT and ODOT.
Continuously identified and made recommendations of improvements and opportunities for improvement to drive operational efficiency and enhance safety standards.
Trained and certified to conduct elemental testing and documentation of concrete, asphalt, waters, drilling worker and completion fluids, hydrocarbons, solid contaminants, hazardous chemicals, and air quality.

Coordinated proper disposal of thousands of barrels and yards of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste
