I'm an engineering graduate with 2 years of experience in Technical Support.

I have completed my engineering in Electronics and communication from Kannur University with First Class in the year of 2014. I have 2 years of experience in Telecom and IT Industries.
• I worked in Pole To Win International as a Technical Support Representative
• I worked in Idea Cellular Limited as Junior Executive.

The major roles are activation of Voice and Non-Voice products, resolving issues related to the networks, analysing the documents, handle high level escalations etc.

I have always enjoyed working with people and think my previous experience will allow me to work as part of the team and to be an effective representative of your Company.
