Project Control and management of SCADA Automation Projects at Refrigeration Plant.

 Well-known experience with the Plant Running, Predicative, Preventive, Break down, Corrective and Shutdown Maintenance at AMMONIA and Boiler steam line.  Well experience in handling with Water tube and Fire tube boilers.  Sounds skills of all kind of rotating equipment’s maintenance like compressors, pumps, EVAPCO, PHE etc.  Capable to read engineering diagrams, loop diagrams, P&ID, Functional logic diagrams and sequence logic diagrams & hookup drawings, Cause & Effect diagram.  Carrying out project nature major/ minor shutdown activities of removing all fields’ instruments, calibration, installing back, inspection, loop checking & commissioning.  Testing and troubleshooting of logical sequence and interlocks in start up and shutdown, based on cause and effect chart installation, loop checking , calibration , commissioning and trouble shooting of detection and alarm systems.  Well experience in handling with Refrigeration/ AC Maintenance for whole plant.  Well experience in handling membrane, UV, RO system.  Cable Insulation, Grounding System, Inspection of Instrument Installation Works.  Responsible for KMC based BAS control system installation and control wiring.  Commissioned HVAC control and troubleshooting was done.  Knowledgeable in ETHERNET COMMUNICATION protocol.  Installing telecommunication equipment, cable trays by following industry standards.  Calibration of Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Other Field Instruments.  SCADA/ PLC System c/w Terminal Management System.  Pressure Gauging System, Cable Termination, Trunking, Cable Lug and Laying works.  Electrical and Pneumatic Actuator Installation and Testing.  Test report Preparation, Test Pack, Loop Folder Preparation and Loop Checking.  Troubleshooting of Instrument Loop from SCADA / PLC System.  Inspection of Electrical Installation Work and Electrical Switchboard testing.  Motor Starter (DOL, Start Delta, Soft Starter, VFD, etc).
