19 Years Expereince inspection and NDT in petrochemical projects, refineries, atomic power project, SAW pipe mills and fabrication workshops. Worked at various positions and capacities including managerial positions at various companies handling entire department.
Carried out inspection of piping, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers etc. as well as various cast/forged/machined product forms.
Worked as company’s authorized NDT Level-III for many companies in India and Saudi Arabia.
Having wide understanding of international technical codes and standards.
Developed training programs for many companies for training of NDT personnel.
Conducted training and certification of NDT/QC personal at own company as well as for outside clients.
Familiarity with problem solving tools e.g. SIX SIGMA. Was certified as green belt in Six Sigma.
