 Review of Project Quality plan and scope of work
 Review of isometric drawings, plan and profile drawings.
 Inspection of all type of static Equipment to Inside to Outside
 Verifying WPS requirements as per design and project specification.
 Preparing daily reports for fit up inspection, and welding production report.
 Preparation and review of weekly and cumulative welding status report.
 Ensuring NDT clearance, as per the project requirements before hydro test
 Verification of mill certificate and raw material inspection.
 Project specification and verifying the material with its MTC.
 Inspecting quality standards for incoming raw materials (plates, formed and machined components) both incoming and at supplier end to the required specifications.
 Preparation of WPS & PQR
 Co-ordination with Client & construction crew to carry out final inspection and documentation.
 Review and accept the quality documents inspection reports NDT records.
 Verify the reinstatement of the system for closing mechanical completion.
 Repair percentage analysis and tool box talks for welders to control repair percentage.
 Test package preparation and documentation as per client’s requirement
 Mechanical clearance for loops and conducting hydro test, pneumatic test, pad test and leak test. Hydro jetting for all static equipment
 Hot tapping in piping.
 PMI old piping and all static equipment.
 Familiar with all codes ASME II, ASME V, ASMEVIII, ASME IX, ASMEB.31.3,31.4.31.8, TEMA, AWS, API 510,
