Responds to tank farm and flow line emergencies and Supervises Spillage Disposal
operations. Ensures that ADCO HSE policies, HAZOP, Risk Assessment , root
Cause Analysis, HSE procedures and programs . Main Oil Lines, Tank farm oil
storage, Metering system, Sea lines, single point marine (SPM),Oil Shipment ,tank
desludging/ refurbishment.
