11. Worked as Internal Auditor of ISO and API.
12. To watch and maintain stock used in Production Department like Laterite, Bauxite, Coal, Furnace oil. Diesel, Rice husk, Fly ash and
Cement stock monitoring for dispatch.
13. Responsible for smooth, stable and optimum operation of plant.
14. To preside over daily production meeting to guide staff to achieve daily targets of the department.
15. To co-ordinate with other departments to carry out assignments in operation, breakdown or scheduled shutdown.
16. To plan and estimate the annual budget proposals, estimate of materials and equipments and manpower requirements for the plant.
17. To develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products.
18. To prepare equipment maintenance schedules with maintenance department and recommend the repair / replacement of parts
