Lead Operator/ Shift Incharge

Seeking a position to utilize my skills & abilities in the process plants like AMMONIA & other similar technological plants that offers my professional growth while being resourceful, innovative & flexible.

Being an operational work as LEAD OPERATOR of AMMONIA PLANT, my focus is smooth & stable plant operations, analyze & optimization of process plant parameters, problem solving & energy optimization by operational modifications.

Safe operation & maintenance activities in the plant considering its hazards nature, issuance of cold, hot, vessel entry safety work permits.

I was leading a team of 8 field operators responsible for ammonia plant operation with daily production of 3300 MTPD ammonia. Ammonia plant is based on natural gas & also consists of Aux. boilers, DM unit.

My job responsibility includes smooth operation of plant besides startup, shutdown & emergency handling, inspection of equipment, modifications, working on Yokagawa DCS.

As a Commissioning Supervisor I performed commissioning and pre-commissioning activities of 3300 MTPD Ammonia plant.

I have done 3 years degree i.e B.Sc in Chemistry and passed out from Gujarat University in 1985
