Professional Experience
• Preparing & Compiling Tender bids, Contracts & Prequalification submissions with complete details from Pre to Post stages, compliance with legal terms and conditions of the company and client with appropriate approvals, liaising with internal & external for complete coordination of bid submission, pre-post tender clarifications (legal & technical), market analysis for pricing strategy, preparing bid summary authorization for optimum tender pricing with appropriate approvals as per grant of authority and company’s business strategy, bank guarantees and insurances. As well as post tender negotiations and completion of process up to contract award.
• Function as a Human Resources & Recruiting Manager reporting to Country Manager, implementing and executing all HR related activities including but not limited to recruiting, short listing candidates, preparing offer letters, employment contracts, hiring process, payroll process, align policies and procedures in support of Company and Business Unit objectives in coordination with Head Office.
