Responsible for
• Coordinates constriction activities of electricians and instrumentation teams; be sure that all safety rules are following.
• Record any change / modification in the relevant engineering documentations.
• Follow QA/QC procedures regarding cables and wirings connections from field to marshalling cabinet
• Ensure that works are performed in accordance to the relevant documentation & procedures and all this are respect by vendors.
• Supervise activities of field teams that check field instrumentations.
• Follow reinstatement activities for flow meter and traps skids in Island A and D.
• Be sure that all job cards are properly done correctly according NCOC procedures.
• Reporting progress status to site manager.
• Following, planning and closing in SAP BP, corrective and preventive works order. Update all preventive maintenance activities. Use the maintenance management system to co-ordinate , distribute and execute works and ensure history data is entered and maintained
• Supervise the proper execution of preventive , corrective , predictive maintenance activities on field instrumentation such as : ESDV , Control valves , switches automated systems , motor valves and all type of transmitters
• Ensuring the provision of adequate resources to carry out the activities in OGS area and Instrumental Workshop , special tools and materials for technicians or additional specialist maintenance support
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with AKCO HSE policy , companies management of change procedures and work permit system
• Report daily activities, provide input to safety meetings and report any defects or deviations to line management. Compiling ,completing and submitting of reports and documentation to the required standards
• Coordination and planning of the turnaround activity
• Applying Agip KCO’s HSE & SD Policies & Management System
• Support to improving and changing some design project for field instruments.
• Prioritizing activities according safety critical elements
• Assist in troubleshooting and analysis of maintenance strategy systems, hardware and software problems. Contribute to defect elimination by participating in Root Cause Analysis studies.
