o Adept at making general arrangements for piping including equipment sections and piping details. o Skilled at managing design engineering operations involving design & Engineering, Components & Supports. o Preparing initial MTO for Tenders

Reviewing of project specification & P&ID.
Conducting Site Survey and co-ordination with Contractor / Client.
Routing of process & utility lines as per P&ID, equipment, electrical cable layout, foundation & structural layout; carrying out tasks related to isometrics extraction and isometric checking as per P&ID, equipment drawing, etc.
Execution of piping routings in a logical manner considering fittings and joints based on P&IDs and the equipment drawings.
Coordination with other engineering departments.
Finalizing Pipe support location and type as per Stress Analysis & Engineering Standards.
Designing Documents and Drawings for approval from client.
Preparing BOM and coordinating for the selection of suitable materials for various piping commodities components to meet design reliability and quality goals. Eliminating redundant/obsolete processes involved in design & working towards value-addition.
Developing the conceptual design & piping item as per codes and standards of piping entailing drawings & specification study, vendor selection & finalization, schedule for design development and final approval.
Piping design/ Calculation and stress analysis, ITB preparation, review of basic details of engineering drawings and other project deliverables, coordination with other discipline.
Supervise the use of project piping material specification, piping design standards, technical design instructions and discipline work practices / procedures;
Oversee Piping bulk material aspects, bulk take-offs, quantification, allocation and manipulation of a material management system. Managing line lists and valve schedules;
Review and check vendor document / information for compliance with project specifications;
Assist in the design/specification of pipe supports;
Ensure interaction with other disciplines for known interfaces
