I Desire a challenging position in Oil & Gas, Refinery Operation, commissioning and erection of refinery plants and to rise up to the expectation of management as my rich hands-on operational experience of 20 years.

Directing all activities related to pre-commissioning, commissioning and trainings:
Supervising all start-up & shut down operations including technical inputs for innovative methodologies, identifying areas of obstruction and advising on process changes of site activities for improvement
Reviewing schematic / engineering drawings, layouts & technical specifications for pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting & erection; analyzing contractor's order proposals & submittals
Developing the engineering solutions to avoid repetitive failures & all other problems that adversely affect plant operations including capacity, quality, cost & regulatory compliance issues
Directing plant activities involving strategic utilization of available resources as per schedule; executing cost saving techniques to achieve reduction in terms of man days & raw materials
Managing material resources and heading Work Programmers to get best team work
