piping and pipeline engineer

I have have a good experience in the supervision and sites management of maintenance and construction projects (technical , financial , administratively) . I am currently looking for a suitable position with a leader company or organization.

-Ensuring the availability of the necessary resources to implement the project
-Effective project managers understand how, when, and why to deploy project management disciplines at different points in a project, Include developing project charters, planning, scheduling, time management, risk assessment, budgeting and project control.
-Responsible for all the activities from design, procurement, construction, to commissioning and handover of the project to the End-User or Owner.
-Having a good experience with supervision of Piping and static equipment (tanks, vessels, separators, heat exchangers, columns, etc.) in Construction and maintenance of Power Stations, Plants, Pipelines and other facilities related to the transportation and processing of oil and gas projects.
-All embracing knowledge of Fabrication, Piping, Bending, Blasting, Painting, Coating, Installation, Insulation, Scaffolding..etc.
-Fully conversant with ISO 9001 Quality management system (QMS) and Quality Audit.
-Having a good knowledge of Health Safety Environmental (HSE) rules and Quality Assurance & Quality control (QA/QC) conditions.
-Knowledge of staff management principles and practices
-Overseeing the development and implementation of project plan.
-Monitoring and managing all contractors, consultants and third party suppliers within each project.
-Preparing detailed and summarized project progress reports (daily, weekly and monthly) and value of monthly work.
-Responsible for client progress meetings on and off site, cost control, estimating, planning, variation claims and invoice payment resolution.
-Ensure good management of the project site in terms of administrative affairs and subsistence, transportation and securing the site, workers and equipment against the risk.
-Permanent coordination with the clint maintenance supervisor to receive work orders and discuss priorities and develop plans and scheduling.
-Arranging site visits to collect information (preparations, working groups, machinery, tools, risk ... etc.), meet clint supervisor and then the establishment of estimated value accordingly.
-Study, identify and request the required material in terms of quantity and quality.
-Planning, studying, analysis and implementation of the Stations Shutdown.
-Preparing the Isometric and AS-built drawings.
