Over (20 years) extensive experienced of working in various activities engage in (EPCC) Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning. (LNG) Oil & gas plant, Refineries, Housing Construction, Services of Turbine Power Supply and Main Oil Pump Rotating Equipment’s.

Identically, more than (14 years) in the Oil & Gas Industries for Project Controls Management related in combined functions involving in “Onshore – Offshore” projects Engineering, Procurements, Fabrications, Installation and HUC E&I Commissioning activities.

Manage and enhance the adequacy of the cost engineering management systems. Provide a comprehensive project controls and reporting function including all aspects of cost control, estimating development, progress measurement and management of change.

Manage in preparation of project cost reports functions includes monitoring, tracking and update of (CAPEX) project capital expenditure and (OPEX) for the project ongoing operational expenses. Administer in preparation of definitive estimates and statistical cost analysis. Maintain the cost controls procedures, implementation and other project cost controls statutory documentation. Validate subcontracted budgetary quantity and progress measurement audits.
