- Client interactions.
- Technical coordination with other engineering departments and preparing Technical Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions (MR), Technical Bid Analysis Reports (TBA) and other project related documents.
- Technical / Commercial queries and technical meetings with domestic and international vendors for optimization of purchase and improving equipment and plant performance.
- Kick of Meeting holding with equipments manufacturer and also holding meeting during fabrication on vendors’ shop.
- Vendor Documents Review (VDR).
- Review of all tests reports (hydrostatic test, FAT test and so on).
-Supervision at vendors' workshops for inspection and controlling the manufacturing and fabrication
-Performance test and mechanical running tests and hydrostatic tests and NDT tests of the equipments.
-Man-Hour Estimation and man power allocation regarding equipment scope of work for basic, feed and EPC projects.
-Participation in preparing proposals (Basic design and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Contracts) and tender documents.
-Being fully conversant with applicable API, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, NFPA, DIN and ISO standards.
-Participation in Inspection of equipment regarding WPS,PQR,NDT tests and participates in PIM meetings
- Maintenance and repair of fixed equipments such as tanks and vessels
