Designation : senior electrical technician (direct hire in, ammonia and urea plant)
o Working in shift with knowledge about plant safety rules & work permit system and hazardous area classification
o Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of LV motors with LTMR relays controlled MCC used in process also MV,HV motors with Siemens motor management relays and feeder relays,VCS,VCB etc..
o Working knowledge in VFD panels controlled with plc.
o Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and modification in process, product handling related automation control panel (used vfd,different type safety relays,proxymities,limit switches,etc.) . familiar with motor break mechanism and controls
o Working experience in passenger lift control system
o Working experience in different type lighting, automatic door, projectors, system used in plant and none process area control with BMS
o Conducting thermography test and calibration of testing and calibrating of relays, breaker etc. periodic and shutdown maintenance of transformers(33KV/11.5KV etc.) and related power management system (including ATS and EDG).
o Experience in UPS and battery units.
o Experience in paging and telephone communication systems.
o PM and trouble shooting heater and heat tracing controls with thyrister controlled.
o Pm and troubleshooting maintenance in capacitor panel (11kv)
o Pm and trouble shooting in MOV(motor operated valve)
o PM and trouble shooting in overhead crane
o Arranging material for major shutdown and its activities
