Subsea Wells Manager
Main accountabilities were to build enduring capability and provide Leadership in strategy, development, planning and operations management for all In-Country Subsea related scopes, which included Wellhead / Xmas Tree / Workover Control system and Completion / Intervention / Jumper Installation / Tie-In / Commissioning and Completion Landing String activities from both Modu’s and Vessel’s. Ensure all activities comply with Company HSE, assurance, compliance, technology and performance management procedures. Ensure these Operations were completed in a Cost effective, safe and efficient manner in order to deliver Safe and Reliable Wells. Work Closely with Drilling /Completion /Project / SPS and Underwater Operation Teams to ensure all activities are planned and scheduled accordingly. Ensure all Subsea Interfaces are managed and tracked throughout the various BP disciplines. Responsible for the Delivery of new Project Deliverables including manufacturing, Factory acceptance and Site Integration testing. Acted as SPA for XMT/Wellhead for regionally delivered Subsea Wells Production equipment.
