 I have more than 10 years of experience in the field of Welding, NDT and In-service Inspection of plant static equipment’s including pressure vessels (U & R Stamp), drums, heat exchangers, boilers (S Stamp), coolers, safety relief valves, plant process piping networks, pipelines and aboveground storage tanks in oil and gas industry. (Offshore & Onshore).
 Good team player with excellent technical & interpersonal skills.  Inspects plant stationary equipment by entering into vessels, boilers and towers, during shutdowns, to check condition of equipment. Includes noting observations on cracks, pits, thinning and any other pattern of erosion, corrosion and other interior failure. Makes interpretations of findings, analyses for failure, prepares report and issues recommendation.
 Experience in QA/QC activities which includes preparation of welding procedures, qualification of welding procedures and welders’ performance, welding consumable quality control, welding inspection, NDT, PWHT, hardness test, hydrostatic & pneumatic test etc. Experience in all NDT techniques (VT, RT, UT, PT, MT) & different types of equipment’s used for NDT and preparation/reviewing of reports. Evaluation of NDT results such as radiographic film interpretation and UT results evaluation.
Familiar with RBI analysis, API 580 RBI methodology and developing the inspection plans/frequencies for plant equipment’s, piping, pipelines & tanks.
 Familiar with range of material including carbon steel, alloy steel & stainless steel.
 Experience in Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and auditing.
 Familiar with in-service inspection and construction codes/RPs such as API 570, API 510, API 653, API 650, API RP 574, API RP 572, API RP 575, API RP 576, API RP 571, API RP 577, ASME B31.3, ASME Sec VIII Div1 etc.
