I am seeking position in Electrical and instrumentation maintenance / commissioning/ PLC Automation Commissioning and trouble shooting.

• Sound knowledge in PLC & CNC Programming, Commissioning, Parameterization and Troubleshooting of all type of CNC and PLC machines. (Siemens and Fanuc Control Systems).

• PLC Programming and debugging skill in Allen Bradley Control Logix System and Siemens Step7 200/ 300, Fanuc and Mitsubishi.

• I have completed 75 Projects independently in Parameter configurations, PLC programming and commissioning of Siemens and Fanuc CNC control systems.

• PLC programming Commissioning skills in CNC Turning Centers, VTL, Grinding Machines, Vertical Machining Centers, Horizontal Machining Centers, Turn Mill Centers and Heavy Boring Machines.

• Knowledge in Equipment validation and safety integration.

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all type of VFD.
( VFD of Siemens, Allen Bradley, Control Technique and Mitsubishi etc.).

• Installation, maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of Servo Modules, Servo Drives and Servo Motors.

• Commissioning and troubleshooting of all digital and analog devices (instruments) like pressure switches, flow switches, level switches, temperature sensors, proximity sensors, Encoders, and Linear Scales.

• CNC Programming and Application using Siemens and Fanuc Control Systems.

• Responsible for Machine shop Maintenance in high volume production line (200 Machines). Conduct equipment breakdown investigations to determine root cause of failures and implementation of the corrective actions.
• Commissioning, Maintenance and troubleshooting in Gantry, robotics and CNC automation solutions.

• Identify opportunities for KAIZEN and Poka-Yoke and implemented.

• Improvement and Cost reduction activities. Maintaining 5S within the department. Finding machine abnormalities list and corrective actions.

• Kaizen done in Power saving activities .

• Knowledge in TBM, CBM, MTTR, MTBF, FTA, OPL, OEE and OPP and WHY-WHY analysis. Documentation implementing/updating of Maintenance Activities
