And advise the account number to be used for deposit cheque, before it is taken to the bank for lodgment. All cash payment voucher has to be signed by me before disbursed. Invoicing/receipts/cash collection of retail customers and service sections. Preparation of Daily MIS & DSR report for management decision.

Posting of all bank transaction in to tally. Preparation of payment voucher. Raising journal vouchers, when there is need for corrections. Confirmation of bank teller. Making of all branch transfer invoice. Preparation of imprest cash book. Processing cheque for customer and branches. Daily reconciliation of corporate and fleet account.
Preparation of weekly customer outstanding ageing report. Adjustment of stock. Posting of stock received vouchers in to tally.
