CAREER HIGHLIGHTS & ACHIEVEMENTS

• Process Engineering Technical Authority (TA) for Petrofac responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of the Process Department, overseeing all resourcing requirements, providing proposal support and leading corporate initiatives as required.
• Successfully led, coached and mentored the Petrofac Offshore Projects Process Engineering Team initially doubling the team size to 40 Engineers to accommodate client demand and most recently managing the decrease in personnel due to the 2015 oil price decline.
• Combined Process TA and Process Lead roles for Marathon in-house Contract support delivering high profile projects receiving commendations from Petrofac and Marathon.
• Whilst at WGPSN provided cover for the Chief Engineer including representation at management and resource meetings. Provided support during various recruitment campaigns for experienced and graduate engineers.
• Whilst at WGPSN lead the Process Engineering Team for the BP Focus E & C Contract, increasing the team as the scope expanded from initially 4 Northern North Sea (NNS) assets and Southern North Sea (SNS) assets to all of the NNS assets.
• Independent Process Engineer on numerous HAZOP reviews.
• Responsible Process Engineer on SIL / LOPA / HAZID reviews.
• Responsible Process Engineer on various major studies, conceptual, FEED and detailed design.
