Job Profile (R2R):
• Responsible for posting bank transactions, Bank Clearing & Bank Reconciliation
• Perform General Ledger Reconciliations & follow-up on the open items.
• Maintain the prepaid schedule & ensure that amounts charged to P&L for the period to which it is related to.
• Ascertain the amount of provisions/accruals (G&A, Opex, Capex) that are required to be made at the month end and post necessary journals.
• Posting payroll & tax entries provided by HR & tax team for both expat and national employees. Inventory entries provided inventory teams.
• Posting Production Cost Charge off, Spot Rate & Staff Cost allocation to Capex based on time writing entries.
• Ascertaining & Posting of GL, cost centre & WBS reclass entries. Posting of JV Opex to NJV Capex reclass entries. Chemicals reclass entries.
• Review and analysis of FX Gain/Loss & post the correction entries if any.
• Ensuring all the month end activities is performed on time for consolidation of Global Financial statements.
• Trend analysis & preparation of Trail Balance.
• Balance Sheet review.
• Variance reports – Capex, DD&A, Exploration Cost, Exploration G&A, Other Admin, Production Cost, Production G&A, Revenue, Royalty & Cess Reports, Exploration cost and Exploration P&B and G&G
• Reports – Gross G&A, Gross to Net, Opex Cost and Interdepartmental Overhead reports. Employees’ Advance and deductions lists, Interventure analysis and Trail Balance sign-off.
• Interact with internal & external auditors and provide the required information.
Integration Profile:
• UAT testing, Dormant Company Codes testing, Dormant Profit Center testing, Dry Run Testing.
