• Total 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry at various key positions in the operation of process plants, out of which 2.8 yrs. in Abu Dhabi Company for onshore Petroleum Operations (ADCO), as Operations Engineer and 9.4 yrs. with Reliance Industries Limited, exploration and production, offshore/onshore wellhead platforms processing facility of FPSO & control riser platform, onshore facilities of gas processing plant.
• Proficient in operations of Oil & Gas processing plants, Remote and central Degassing stations, Gas/oil/water wellhead operations and maintenance, Gas Dehydration units, Gas metering, post Gas & on plot compressor stations of metered gas etc.
• Monitoring the entire plant unit which includes, crude oil stabilization, Condensate Stabilization, Glycol injection facilities off deep water flow lines and High Pressure Gas & Water surface-injection facilities and utilities.
• Proficient in technical coordination with offshore production platforms/facilities and onshore facilities for production planning, control, intervention for maintenance and scheduling integrated meetings for shutdown planning, startup and down time optimization etc.
• Maintaining high standards of safety along with equipment integrity in the operation of Crude oil processing facilities. Facilities operations, startup, shutdown and emergency handling, trouble shooting of upstream and processing facilities including compressor stations.
• Proficient as Operations Engineer in key aspects of production planning, controlling activity including inventory controls, report generation, requirement analysis, site inspections, resource allocation and hazardous material handling on both offshore platform and onshore.
• Proven history in overseeing all aspects of operations including quality control, employee management, best practices implementation, cost controls, safety compliance and equipment maintenance.
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning oil and gas facilities, Oil /Gas wellheads operations and Compressor stations and Degassing stations.
• Control room operations experience of Foxboro Invensys DCS systems, Triconex ESD system, Yokogawa, Knowledge of Maximo/SAP/E-PTW system. Knowledge of various standards like ISO 14001, 18001, OISD etc
