With an engineering background looking after plant equipment and 20 years in HSE working as a Safety Specialist and Trainer, I have worked with a diverse workforce in Africa and the Middle East.
My work has involved delivering HSE MS courses and putting other relevant courses together, step-by-step risk assessments for high hazard activities in the engineering/petro-chemical industry of which included physical hazards and health surveillance, method statement procedure and specific courses on Improving a safety culture with contractors.
I have worked in high hazard environments, ie, oil and gas processing plants and monitoring and controlling explosives for seismic surveys.
