Applying for Quality control engineer

I want to maintain the Quality of product, beacuse to reduse the accidents that occur lack of quality.

Studying of structure drawing and explaining workmen about the main parameters for Fabrication, Assembly and Erection.
Inspection of fabricated equipment in compliance with international standards for pressure vessels, columns and storage tanks.
Studying various welding procedures, specifications and applications and implementing to achieve sound welds.
Experience in the interpretation of RT film, Ultrasonic Testing and Carrying out Repairs by identifying defects as per ASME SEC V.
Witnessing and approval of hydro/pneumatic tests, destructive tests at laboratories (TS, YS, %Elongation, BHN & PQR).
Maintaining all the parameters as per measurement plan in all stages of production like marking, setup, welding, visual inspection, NDT and FDI.
Following the Safety rules & regulations to create the working zone as a Hazard free zone, and achieving the aim “TARGET ZERO ACCIDENTS”.

B.Tech Mechanical Engineering from CHAITANYA ENGINEERING COLLEGE affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada in year 2016 having aggregate of 69%.
Intermediate from Board of Intermediate Education in year 2012 having 83.3%.

Operating Systems : Windows 7, XP, Microsoft Office and MS Project.
Packages : Auto CAD 2010.
Training & Certification : ASNT LEVEL II in RT/UT/MPT/LPT.
