Oil and Gas Project Manager

Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments (Multi task-managerial
role) in Operation, Production, Project, Drilling and HSSE.
Plan, organize and control all work requirements to ensure that goods and
services are handled efficiently, on time, within budget and in compliance with OMV and MNR
standards and policy.
Make decisions concerning operational processes such as equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement for effective resource management.
Direct reports to General Manager and head of Corporate Project
Management in Vienna.

Initiating, planning, executing, developing, controlling, completing, and managing all
Projects requirement for services and material in collaboration with senior
management to meet project deadlines and MNR regulation.
Communicate main detailed work plan by identifying the sequences and time
frame of the activities required and leads to productively complete each and every
project on time and below budget with outstanding performance.
Managing a Production Facility having 5,000 bbl/day with 26% of H2S content (high
risk) without any LTI.
Managing construction and civil works, oil flow line trenching, well site preparations,
maintenance of existing pipelines and infrastructure below budget.

Design, planning and execution of production facility, crude oil storage area, well site
preparation projects in mountainous areas up to 6 different well sites, access road
projects for OMV facilities and operations up to 20 KMs in length and water pipe line
projects up to 13 KMs in length per standards.

Direct reports to General Manager and head of Corporate Project Management in
Vienna.
Managing approximately 200 employees in a busy work environment.
