Develop HSE material Instructor for PETRONAS Technical Trining

Summary of Working Experienced:

Currently working as HSE Training Instructor-OSHE at INSTEP, PETRONAS Technical Training Sdn. Bhd at Batu Rakit,Terengganu.

Duties involved such as to design and develop learning material, plan and conduct theoretical and practical training and been assign regarding to Safety, Health and Environmental matter.

More than 30 years experienced working at Oil and Gas petroleum Industry and petrochemical such as at PETRONA Crude Petroleum Terengganu Sdn Bhd (Kerteh), MTBE/Polypropylene (Kuantan) and Ethylene/polyethylene industry (Kerteh).
Also about 15 years experienced working as HSE duties involved at industrial plants such as to carry out work site inspection to ensure that on HSE risk associated with activities as well as risk posed by machinery, equipment, substance and appliance are managed to a level that is as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).
Participate in incident investigation, ensuring that the incident investigation process is carried out as Incident investigation & reporting Procedure, to ensure consistent and structured and accurate identification of incident causation and also monitored Corrective Action has been implemented as recommended
