E&I Superintendent

Electrical and Instrument Department with specific experience on LV-MV, Instruments and HVAC Equipments,in Oil&Gas, Power Plant, Substation, Solar Project and Chemical.

• Organize and Lead the site technical office during the Project phases.
• Strong Leadership and communication skills, self-motivated with problem-solving capability.
• Experience in Project Engineering, co-ordination, interface, project management and site discipline engineering roles, including Risk Assessment, Safe System of work, planning and training strategies.
• Good Management of the relationship with the client and the security coordinator at runtime and with the managers of the subcontractors.
• Supervise and Control main contractor and sub-contractors in order to obtain that the construction activities are performed according to the Project Specification required and ensuring Quality and Standard Schedule.
• Construction Supervision and Co-ordination of the work at site to maximize the effectiveness of construction delivery to time, budget and quality objectives.
• Knowledge and Experience in Oil&Gas Industry as well as for analogical and digital industrial instrumentation devices.
• Monitor, Manage and Review project documentation, as Dwg, Project Specification, TQ, DCR, Quality, Maintenance and Procedure Design.
• Knowledge of the main International standards, laws and rules referring to electrical and instrumental matters (UNI, EN, ISO, CEI).
• Updating Technical documentation for finalize and developing as built Dwg. Review project studies & proposals for constructability and/or construction hazard identification
• Mechanical Completion (ensure all necessary actions in order to provide systems/subsystems, CU and final completion PL, for subsequent hand over to pre-commissioning works), Performance Test, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning.
• Verification and managing Technical Documentation of Project in according to the Design required standard.

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Specialization in Energy Systems, in The University of L'Aquila (Italy).

- Qualification for free Profession Practice. The Order Engineers of
Teramo (Italy).
