Senior Production Operator

Responsibilities:

Optimizing production from control panel, Controlling process parameters(Flow, Level, Pressure and Temperature) in DCS, Preparing daily and monthly production reports, imparts training to locals, Executing jobs with trained technicians, Start up, Shut down and Emergency shutdown jobs, Coordinating with maintenance departments, Emphasizing safety in the minds of Young Trainees, Attending safety meetings, Reporting unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to the notice of supervisor, Conducting Job safety analysis prior to any activity, Reporting hazards to HES dept and Supervisors etc. Maintaining Specification of Oil outlet, Reporting Off specification to supervisors, Collecting samples and delivering to central control laboratory, Recording and immediate actions on parameters based on analytical parameters and carrying out pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with the preparation of punch lists, Following oxy-Oman standard Isolation and Deisolation procedures, Convening Toolbox Talk before initiating any work order, Unloading and handling chemicals as per MSDS procedures , Convening Safety Meetings monthly etc.
