MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Working as Mechanical engineer in project site of RIL – (CBM) GGS 11, GGS 12, well sides in shahdol (M.P).

Having an experience in handling plant operation, startup and shutdown, operation of compressors, pumps, regeneration skid through knowledge of P&ID, material and energy balance, production reporting, PTW, safety standards, Pre commissioning and commissioning checks.

I have experience of operation and maintenance of following major equipment’s related to Oil & Gas Industry.

1) Operation of Centrifugal Pumps for Different fluid like fire water, Glycol, Raw Water, Oil Water etc.
2) Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Operation of Reciprocating Compressor for air services.
3) Operation of Gas engine generator (952kW) of GE Jenbacher .
4) Operation of Nitrogen generation system working on PSA (Pressure swing adsorption) technology
5) Operating Reciprocating compressors of capacity 0.45 MMSCMD SUPPLIED BY M/s Dresser-Rand for handling CBM Gas
6) Operation of Flame front generator and high energy igniter system
7) Operation of Diesel Engines.
8) Operation of Gas Dehydration Unit supplied by PGI (Process Gas International)
